³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿

³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿ is one of 24 British Columbia post-secondary institutions participating in the Province’s StrongerBC future skills grant program, which provides B.C. learners with up to $3,500 in funding to pursue short-term skills upgrading.

The StrongerBC future skills grant continues to support British Columbians in gaining the skills they need for good jobs. For the 2025/26 year, the province has refined its funding priorities to focus more on training that supports high-demand sectors like health care, clean energy, construction, mining, marine transportation and inclusive economic growth. This means that while many programs are still eligible, there is a stronger emphasis on sector-specific skills that align with current labour market needs.

Transferable skills programs continue to be supported as part of the StrongerBC future skills grant. While a more focused number of these programs will be offered in 2025/26, learners will still have access to a range of opportunities that build foundational and cross-sector skills. This approach ensures continued access to high-impact training while aligning with evolving workforce needs across the province.

We understand this may affect program availability or funding for some learners, and we’re here to help you explore your options and find the best fit for your goals.
